Your Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service by assisting clients with their storage requirements
  • Support customers in renting storage units, both through reservations and walk-ins (no cold calling involved)
  • Market and sell merchandise, including moving and packing supplies
  • Maintain the property’s appearance, ensuring it is safe and inviting for customers
  • Oversee cash handling, including verifying and balancing the cash drawer and preparing deposits

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Background in retail sales, hospitality, customer service, or casual dining
  • Outstanding customer service abilities
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Adept at multitasking and transitioning between various tasks
  • Willingness to work outdoors, clean units, and maintain the grounds
  • Possession of a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Basic computer proficiency and the physical capability to perform job duties (including lifting up to 50 pounds)
