Job Title: Maintenance Technician III

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Technician III to join our team at Genesis10. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our automated packaging and distribution equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Promote a safe working environment by following all safety procedures and protocols.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot all conveyor systems in the building, including electrical and mechanical components.
  • Lead and audit preventative maintenance procedures to ensure optimal equipment performance.
  • Install, maintain, and troubleshoot relay logic, ladder diagrams, 3-phase AC motors, photo-eyes, motor starters, limit switches, proximity sensors, solenoids, and other industrial electronics.
  • Create and close out work orders with accurate data, including labor hours, equipment maintenance, and parts used.
  • Maintain positive working relationships with colleagues and vendors.
  • Develop training plans for service technicians and develop work plans for emergency repair of critical assets.
  • Perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 49lbs and standing/walking for up to 12 hours, with or without reasonable accommodation.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 5+ years of experience working with automated conveyors and controls.
  • 5+ years of experience with electrical and electronic principles and industrial electronics.
  • 5+ years of experience conducting preventative maintenance.
  • 5+ years of experience reading blueprints and schematics.
  • 3+ years of work order management experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Certificate or higher degree from a vocational school or college with a focus in the Mechanical or Electrical field.
  • Diploma in Electro-mechanics or Mechatronics.
  • Millwright license.
  • 4+ years apprenticeship or equivalent experience in the Mechanical or Electrical field.
  • Previous leadership experience.
  • Previous vendor management experience.
  • Experience with robotic maintenance.
Compensation:

$34.00 per hour, plus $1/hr. for night differential.
