**Job Summary**

LADGOV CORPORATION seeks a skilled Clinical Therapist to provide evidence-based cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) to high-risk offenders at the Re-entry and Sanctions Center (RSC). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in conducting CBT and working with high-risk populations.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Facilitate group and individual psychotherapy sessions for high-risk offenders.
  • Develop and implement evidence-based cognitive behavioral interventions.
  • Conduct group therapy sessions with clearly defined goals, focusing on topics such as trauma, substance abuse, grief, and mental illness.
  • Document progress notes in the RSC SMART case management system.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety standards during all therapy sessions.
  • Coordinate with RSC staff to develop individualized treatment plans.

**Requirements:**

  • PhD or PsyD in clinical or counseling psychology from an APA-accredited graduate program.
  • Full, unrestricted license to practice clinical psychology in the District of Columbia or a U.S. state.
  • Minimum of three years of experience as a licensed counseling or clinical psychologist, preferably in a forensic or correctional setting.
