Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Therapist to join our team at The Psychiatric Institute of Washington. As a Clinical Therapist, you will provide direct patient care to adolescents and adults, working under the supervision of a registered nurse. Your primary responsibility will be to provide individualized care that aligns with our hospital's philosophy and standards of practice.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care to adolescents and adults, including assessment, treatment planning, and implementation of care plans.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and support for patients and their families.
  • Participate in group meetings and lead task groups as needed.
  • Support and maintain the program philosophy and structure.
Qualifications
  • One year of experience working in a clinical or healthcare setting, preferably in a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
