Job Description

The Phillips Auctioneers LLC is seeking a highly skilled Compensation Analyst to provide specialized support to the CFO and other executive stakeholders. This role will focus on headcount reporting, compensation analysis, and bonus payout data, while working closely with the CFO to establish and maintain streamlined mechanisms for tracking and reporting compensation-related data.

Duties and Responsibilities
  1. Provide support to the CFO and CHRO and other stakeholders to develop and implement salary administration, compensation policies, and variable pay plans on a global basis.
  2. Compile salary survey submission files, perform global job matching, and maintain market pay system.
  3. Partner with the global HR team to produce and audit global headcount reports.
  4. Maintain and update compensation matrix, reflecting relevant job bands, salary and bonus information.
  5. Compile and maintain productivity metrics database for revenue generating employees.
  6. Execute global annual compensation review and semi-annual sales incentive reviews.
  7. Analyze cost implications of annual salary and bonus reviews.
  8. Act as main contact to Finance and HR teams for compensation matters.
  9. Develop, analyze, and maintain complex Excel reports.
  10. Prepare ad hoc reports as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 2 to 4 years of experience within compensation function at a global company.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Advanced level Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Human Resources.
  • Certifications in compensation from an accredited association.
