Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the complete restaurant operations, including training service staff and maintaining organization and cleanliness throughout the dining area.
  • Set up tables, bus, and reset them according to company standards.
  • Direct and assist in managing the flow of the restaurant during busy dining periods.
  • Schedule staff in accordance with established guidelines.
  • Ensure all server-related tasks are completed accurately and promptly.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of three years of full-service dining experience.
  • Prior supervisory experience is essential.
  • Experience working with seniors is advantageous.
