In this pivotal role, you will spearhead the healthcare division, expanding the team and overseeing substantial projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Oversight: Direct major projects within the healthcare sector, acting as the liaison to stakeholders and ensuring timely and budget-compliant completion. You will be responsible for the overall success of the projects while leading a team of Project Managers.
  • Client Development: Post-project completion, leverage existing relationships to secure new projects, in collaboration with the estimating team.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the main contact for clients and stakeholders, addressing their needs and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
  • Contract Negotiation: Manage negotiations with suppliers, clients, and subcontractors to secure favorable terms.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field is preferred.
  • At least 10 years of progressive experience in construction management on the General Contractor side, specifically overseeing large-scale Healthcare projects valued at $200M or more.
  • Experience with leading ENR-ranked General Contractors.
  • Demonstrated stability in employment, having spent a minimum of 5 years with the same organization.
  • Experience across various ground-up construction sectors.
