Your Responsibilities:

We are excited to present an opportunity to become a part of the Kiehl's family as a Keyholder. This role entails supporting the Store Manager in achieving sales objectives while also meeting individual sales targets set by the management team. You will deliver outstanding customer service and cultivate relationships that encourage repeat business. Additionally, you will implement both short-term and long-term strategies to align with the store's business goals. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Providing an exceptional experience for customers
  • Maintaining high standards of customer service
  • Leading in productivity
  • Ensuring regular attendance and punctuality for all scheduled shifts
  • Assisting the Store Manager in meeting sales targets
  • Enforcing company policies and procedures
  • Carrying out opening and closing procedures for the store
  • Training new store personnel
  • Effectively executing visual merchandising directives and customer service standards
  • Performing other job-related tasks as assigned
Qualifications We Seek:

Required:
  • Experience in retail and/or cosmetics preferred
  • Prior experience as a key holder preferred
  • Strong customer service background
  • Effective communication skills
  • Analytical abilities
  • Basic computer proficiency
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Must be at least 18 years old
Preferred:
  • Bilingual candidates, particularly in Spanish or Mandarin
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to work on the sales floor for extended periods, navigate stairs and/or ladders as necessary, and regularly lift up to 25 lbs.
