Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Keyholder to join our team at our Glendale store. As a Keyholder, you will be responsible for assisting the Store Manager in achieving sales goals, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver a best-in-class customer experience
  • Uphold standards of customer service excellence
  • Lead by example in productivity and sales performance
  • Assist Store Manager in achieving sales goals and individual targets
  • Enforce company policies and procedures
  • Perform open and close procedures for the store
  • Provide training to new store employees
  • Effectively execute visual directives and customer service standards
Requirements
  • Retail and/or cosmetic experience preferred
  • Prior key holder experience preferred
  • Customer service experience
  • Communication skills
  • Analytical skills
  • Basic computer skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Must be 18 years or older
