With a robust team of nearly 900 physicians and a level II Trauma Center, we serve over 100,000 patients each year across the south shore of Long Island. Sign-On Bonus: $10,000 for New Hires

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct a variety of clinical laboratory tests.
  • Perform biochemical, microscopic, blood bank, and bacteriological analyses.
  • Gather data essential for the evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of medical conditions.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology or a related scientific field from an accredited institution.
  • Current licensure as a Clinical Laboratory Technologist by the NYS Department of Education.
  • Proficient knowledge in hematology, chemistry, blood banking, and microbiology.
  • Previous hospital experience is preferred.
  • Availability to work weekends and holidays as scheduled.
  • Completion of a one-year internship at an accredited hospital or equivalent practical experience.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills are essential.

Compensation:
Salary: USD $55.62 per hour

This salary range is a good faith estimate and actual compensation will depend on various factors, including qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience. The listed salary does not include bonuses, incentive pay, or other forms of compensation that may apply to this position, nor does it reflect the value of benefits.
