Customer Service Supervisor

About the Role:
Kontoor Brands is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for supervising a team of customer service representatives, ensuring that customer inquiries are resolved efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise a team of customer service representatives to ensure that customer inquiries are resolved in a timely and professional manner.
- Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance the customer experience.
- Develop and implement processes to improve customer service efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
- Provide coaching and training to customer service representatives to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide excellent customer service.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Experience with customer relationship management software.
