- Diploma or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN)
- One year of experience as a clinical nurse or completion of an RN residency program
- Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain confidentiality
