Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Compensation Program Manager to develop, implement, and administer our organization's compensation programs. This role is crucial for ensuring competitive pay practices that attract and retain top talent.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, implement, and manage the organization's compensation structures, ensuring they are competitive and in line with industry standards.
  • Oversee job evaluation processes and classification systems to ensure roles are appropriately graded and compensated.
  • Conduct regular compensation analysis and market surveys to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
