Job Title: Clinical Office Manager

MyCare Medical Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Office Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our medical office. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of non-clinical staff, ensuring seamless office operations, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee staff and daily operations, delegating tasks as necessary
  • Manage office budget, monitor expenditures, and control staff overtime
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare office management reports
  • Conduct monthly metric reviews of hospital admissions, readmissions, and patient care metrics
  • Implement procedures to improve office performance and patient satisfaction
  • Partner with providers to maintain efficient workflows and patient care
  • Lead daily huddles to discuss office performance, successes, and areas for improvement
  • Hold regular coaching sessions and annual performance reviews with direct reports
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma
  • Minimum 2 years administrative or managerial experience in a medical setting
  • CPR & BLS Certifications/Re-certifications, Certified Medical Assistant
  • EHR experience required
  • HEDIS experience preferred
  • Effective oral and written communication skills
  • Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to think independently and demonstrate good problem-solving skills
