We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Medical Office RN Lead to join our team. As a key member of our nursing leadership team, you will be responsible for providing leadership and support to nursing and clinical support staff, ensuring that patients receive exceptional care and service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide leadership and support to nursing and clinical support staff
  • Assist in supervising and coordinating activities related to nursing functions
  • Perform direct care responsibilities consistent with Senior RN for the role as assigned
  • Support and adhere to the US Oncology Compliance Program, to include the Code of Ethics and Business Standards
  • Assist in overseeing the clinical operations for nursing clinical support activities as directed by the manager of nursing services
Requirements:
  • Graduate from an accredited program for professional nursing education, BSN preferred
  • Current RN state license with the State Board of Nursing in practicing state
  • One year of supervisory or nursing leadership experience preferred
  • Oncology experience is strongly preferred
  • Oncology certification preferred
