Key Responsibilities:- Operate the Point of Sale system efficiently and accurately, ensuring smooth transactions and high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Assist the Chef in preparing foods such as meats, vegetables, baked goods, and desserts, as well as help prepare catering orders.
- Perform general cleaning duties, including removing trash and garbage to designated areas, to maintain a clean and hygienic environment.
- Provide exceptional customer service in all retail areas, including cashiering and line serving, ensuring that customers receive prompt and friendly assistance.
- Cashier according to established procedures, maintaining accurate cash handling and making deposits at the end of each shift.
- Inventories and restocks supplies and food products, ensuring that stock levels are maintained at optimal levels.
- Sets up serving lines, ensures temperatures are taken and recorded, and notifies cooks if food temperatures are not within acceptable limits.
- Serves hot and cold items to customers, ensuring that they receive their meals promptly and efficiently.
- Stocks pantries with correct par levels of food items daily, records replenished amounts on floor stock forms, and records refrigerator temperatures daily.
