Key Responsibilities

  • Develop in-depth knowledge of our client's services to educate consumers at live events and promote their products and services in a given retail territory.
  • Utilize direct and promotional efforts through local store events and experiential marketing tactics to drive sales and customer acquisition.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by resolving questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Aid in efforts to cultivate an exemplary consumer experience and drive sales lead generation.
  • Ensure compliance with our client's brand standards and marketing guidelines.

Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree in marketing, promotions/sales, business, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience as a brand ambassador, sales associate, or event associate is highly valued.
  • Ability to work full-time hours and occasional weekends is required.
  • Strong adaptability and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-starter with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic understanding of the sales process and ability to finalize deals.
