Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain food quality standards consistently
  • Package food products utilizing both manual techniques and machinery
  • Operate and fine-tune machinery to meet precise food specifications
  • Efficiently manage equipment settings and supplies
  • Ensure cleanliness and organization of work areas, machinery, and equipment while adhering to safety protocols
  • Promptly report and resolve safety, quality, production, maintenance, and hygiene concerns
  • Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP's)
  • Follow the packaging work schedule and orders with diligence
  • Complete any additional assigned tasks

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • At least 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Skilled in handling equipment and products
  • Able to troubleshoot equipment and product-related issues
