Key Responsibilities

Drive maintenance excellence in property management by ensuring the repair and upkeep of premier properties in the area:
  • Oversee a team and participate in on-call duties across multiple properties.
  • Train and guide maintenance technicians within your region.
  • Address work orders promptly, ensuring the highest quality of service.
  • Repair, replace, and maintain equipment and fixtures within apartments.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve plumbing and electrical issues.
  • Manage snow removal and maintain property grounds.
  • Engage in physical activities including walking, bending, and lifting/pulling/pushing up to 70 pounds.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
  • 1-3 years of maintenance experience, ideally in a multi-family community environment.
  • Valid EPA certification or willingness to obtain certification within 90 days of employment, with the company covering initial testing costs.
  • Strong mechanical, electrical, and plumbing skills are essential.
  • Experience with Yardi software is preferred.
  • Ability to participate in a rotating on-call schedule.
  • Valid Driver's License, reliable transportation, and valid insurance are required.
  • Personal smartphone is necessary for this role (monthly reimbursement available).
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite is preferred.
