Job SummaryWe're seeking a highly organized and creative Marketing Coordinator to join our team. As a Marketing Coordinator, you'll play a key role in managing multiple campaigns, analyzing data, and supporting creative projects. You'll work closely with our marketing team to develop and execute marketing strategies that drive results.
Key Responsibilities- Plan, execute, and close marketing campaigns for product launches, brand collaborations, sales promotions, and evergreen content
- Develop and maintain project plans and timelines using Asana
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely campaign rollout
- Manage multiple marketing projects simultaneously, adhering to budgets and deadlines
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders, providing regular updates and addressing any risks or roadblocks
- Liaise with overseas teams for creative needs
- Create and maintain marketing calendars and information radiators
- Minimum 2 years of experience supporting a marketing or brand team
- Excellent project management and documentation skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Highly organized with keen attention to detail
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Experience with project management tools (e.g., Asana)
- Understanding of creative, communications, and social media KPIs and processes
- Passion for interior design and decor, with knowledge of trends in the design space
- Experience in data analysis and presentation
