As a Marketing Coordinator at Million Dollar Baby Co., you'll play a key role in our marketing efforts, managing multiple campaigns, analyzing data, and supporting creative projects. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to our success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, execute, and close marketing campaigns for product launches, brand collaborations, sales promotions, and evergreen content
  • Develop and maintain project plans and timelines using Asana
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely campaign rollout
  • Manage multiple marketing projects simultaneously, adhering to budgets and deadlines
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders, providing regular updates and addressing any risks or roadblocks
  • Liaise with overseas teams for creative needs
  • Create and maintain marketing calendars and information radiators
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience supporting a marketing or brand team
  • Excellent project management and documentation skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • Highly organized with keen attention to detail
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
