We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse - RN to join our team at Exeter Center in Exeter, NH. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and contribute to the overall well-being of our residents.
Job SummaryThe Registered Nurse - RN will be responsible for providing direct patient care, administering medications, and collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to develop effective care plans. You will work closely with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
Responsibilities- Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Delegate patient care responsibilities to staff and supervise their implementation
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of excellence
To be successful in this role, you must be a graduate of an approved school of nursing and currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing. CPR certification is also required. One to three years of experience working as a RN in a related setting is preferred.
