We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Exeter Center in Exeter, NH. As a RN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our patients and residents.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and develop effective care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians, ensuring patient safety and well-being.
- Delegate patient care responsibilities to staff and supervise them to ensure tasks are implemented effectively.
- Communicate patient information with assigned staff and between shifts to ensure seamless care delivery.

Qualifications:- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of NH.
