We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Exeter Center in Exeter, NH. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our patients and residents.
Job Summary:The Registered Nurse will be responsible for providing direct patient care, administering medications, and collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to develop effective care plans. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to delivering exceptional patient care and a passion for working in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Responsibilities:- Perform nursing assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care transitions
- Delegate tasks and supervise staff to ensure efficient and effective care delivery
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
- Current RN licensure in the state of NH
- One to three years of experience in a related setting
- CPR certification
- A competitive hourly rate of $48.00
