Job Overview

Patriot, LLC is seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our NOC team, you will be responsible for providing advanced technical support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide Tier 3 technical support for customers, including advanced troubleshooting and problem-solving.
  • Manage and support end-user devices, including desktop systems and other peripheral equipment.
  • Collaborate with network engineers and system administrators to resolve complex technical issues.
  • Develop and implement reports to track technical support metrics.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in the field.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in the technology field with a focus on advanced technical support.
  • Extensive experience with virtualization technologies and infrastructure.
  • Working knowledge of Service Now and other technical support tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
