Job Overview

Banner Automotive Group is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Vehicle Sales Specialist to join our dynamic sales team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with customers, and driving sales through effective communication and negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner
  • Nurture enriching relationships to build customers for life
  • Understand customers' needs and provide recommendations based on their preferences
  • Perform high-quality, professional demonstrations of new/used vehicles
  • Negotiate and close deals with customers
  • Follow up with customers after sales to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
  • Maintain knowledge on current automotive trends, features, and products
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure a positive customer experience
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets

Requirements:

  • Proven sales experience in the automotive industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers
  • Proficient in using sales tools and computer systems
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Valid driver's license
