Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Weekend Supervisor to join our team at Trilogy Management Services, LLC.

Job Summary:

The Weekend Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the weekend operations of the Nursing Department, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to residents while adhering to federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, develop, organize, implement, evaluate, and direct the nursing service department and its programs and activities.
  • Making written and oral reports and recommendations to the Director of Health Services regarding the operation of the nursing service department.
  • Develop methods for coordination of nursing services with other resident services to ensure continuity of care.
  • Complete nursing admission assessments and baseline care planning for new admissions, as well as MDS section GG Functional assessments and daily skilled documentation.
  • Supervise and assist with resident care according to assessed resident status and established plan of care.
  • Participate in the development, revision, and implementation of resident care plans, as well as survey and mock-survey campus preparedness and completion of survey Plan of Correction items/audits.
  • Prepare, administer, and document medications and treatments as ordered by the physician and/or included as nursing interventions on the plan of care.
Requirements:
  • Leadership and supervisory ability, with the willingness to work harmoniously with and supervise other personnel.
  • Ability to read, write, and follow written and oral instructions in English, make independent decisions, and deal tactfully with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies/personnel, vendors, and the general public.
  • Knowledge of nursing and medical practices and procedures, as well as laws, regulations, and guidelines that pertain to long-term care.
  • Current, valid state LPN/RN license and current, valid CPR certification.
Salary and Benefits:
