AECOM is seeking a licensed Electrical Engineer to take on the role of Senior Electrical Engineering Team Leader. This position is integral to our expanding Electrical team.

Role Responsibilities
The selected candidate will act as the Discipline Lead for our Electrical division, overseeing the development and execution of engineering projects within the buildings and facilities sector.

This role encompasses leadership and management of the electrical team, providing specialized knowledge in Electrical Engineering practices. Ideal candidates will demonstrate a robust background in team leadership, site engineering, and collaboration within project teams, with a strong focus on client satisfaction and innovative solutions.

Key Duties Include:
1. Leading the Electrical Engineering team and managing direct reports at various career stages.
2. Serving as the principal electrical engineer or senior advisor on diverse site and building projects, particularly those of mid to large scale.
3. Overseeing multiple projects while guiding team members in their professional development.
4. Organizing project workloads and executing design tasks independently.
5. Engaging with clients to present technical solutions and project conditions.
6. Coordinating project meetings with architects and other engineering disciplines.
7. Conducting quality control reviews of team outputs.
8. Providing senior-level technical guidance on studies, designs, and technical challenges.
9. Collaborating with project managers to align scope, schedule, and budget.
10. Utilizing AutoCAD and REVIT for design and documentation purposes.
11. Mentoring team members on design methodologies and technical standards.
12. Assisting in the preparation of technical proposals, including engineering budget estimates and timelines.
13. Reviewing relevant permitting agency standards and regulations to ensure compliance in project design.
