Role Overview:
As a Client Services Associate, you will be an integral part of the account team from the outset, actively engaging in various responsibilities.

We seek a motivated junior team member who can quickly become a trusted advisor to clients as they develop their skills. We believe in providing our Client Services Associates with meaningful responsibilities and opportunities for professional growth, celebrating achievements across the team.


Key Responsibilities:
Client Services Associates will engage with clients promptly, taking on a client-facing role that includes:

  • Communicating with client representatives through various channels to provide timely updates.
  • Reporting Duties:
    Preparing meeting summaries for team leaders with minimal revisions required.
  • Generating weekly and/or daily status updates, encompassing media monitoring, social media insights, and task progress.
  • Engaging with media and influencers by crafting timely pitches and managing inquiries to benefit clients.
  • Staying informed on news and identifying new media opportunities for clients.
  • Sharing relevant news with team members and clients on a daily basis.
  • Content Development:
    Contributing to written materials such as press releases, pitches, client communications, and longer articles.
  • Participating in brainstorming sessions and contributing creatively to campaign planning.


Qualifications:
While a college degree is preferred, we value diverse experiences and welcome applications from individuals who can demonstrate their suitability for the role.

Proficiency in computer applications, including G Suite and Microsoft Office, is essential, along with familiarity with industry-specific tools.

We seek individuals with a keen interest in technology and its impact on our lives, as well as a passion for storytelling through various media.

Experience in writing, performance arts, or other narrative forms is advantageous, showcasing your ability to communicate clearly and effectively.

We value ambition and problem-solving skills, encouraging team members to take initiative and tackle challenges proactively.

As a collaborative team player, you will manage your workload effectively while supporting your colleagues.

Research and analytical skills are important, as you will be expected to validate assumptions and communicate insights creatively.

Attention to detail is crucial, whether scheduling meetings, documenting discussions, or drafting communications, as your contributions are vital to the team's overall success.
