Receptionist

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Receptionist to join our team at Chelsea Jewish Lifecare.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
The Receptionist will be responsible for managing the lobby and reception area, greeting and directing visitors, and handling administrative tasks such as answering phones and organizing mail.
The successful candidate will be a team player with a strong work ethic and a commitment to delivering exceptional service to our residents and families.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and screen all incoming telephone calls in a courteous and professional manner
- Provide basic facility information and forward inquiries to the Director of Community Relations or Executive Director
- Greet all visitors in a friendly and courteous manner
- Perform other administrative duties as needed, such as mailings and scheduling appointments
- Be aware of resident safety issues and advise staff when necessary
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Knowledge of office computer software
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
Work Schedule:
- Part-time: day shifts available 7am-3pm (M,W,Th), 7am-1pm (Fr). Weekend shifts available 7am-2pm or 2pm-7pm
