Job Summary

The Provider Network Manager plays a pivotal role in developing and retaining business relationships, ensuring exceptional service to clients within a specified geographic region. This role requires a proven track record of building on existing relationships, eliminating competitive threats, and ensuring client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate and develop new business to meet production goals.
  • Maintain and nurture existing client relationships.
  • Respond to inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Act as liaison between client companies and operations staff.
  • Communicate company products, services, and policies to new and existing clients.
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of Medicare Advantage Plan product information.
  • Monitor local competition and industry trends, sharing insights with management and others as needed.
  • Work with complex providers, including large institutional providers and medical groups, to understand and support value-based concepts.
  • Conduct negotiations and draft documents.
  • Ensure timely and accurate reporting.
  • Strong background in value-based contracts related to Medicare Advantage and other governmental programs.
  • Attend business events and team strategic sales meetings.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent, 6 years of experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 5 years of experience in value-based contract agreements.
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English (required).
  • 5 years of Medicare Advantage Plan experience.
  • Provider Network experience.
  • Self-starter with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good judgment with the ability to make timely and sound decisions.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage priorities and workflow.
  • Ability to work independently and as a member of various teams and committees.
