Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per yearJob Description:Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality patient-centered care by performing delegated basic patient care services related to common nursing functions and activities of daily living.
  • Participate in the implementation of nursing care plans under the supervision of licensed nurses.
  • Obtain and record initial and ongoing patient information, including vital signs, height and weight, blood pressure, oxygen saturation, intake and output, calorie counts, and other patient data as outlined by policy.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or equivalent experience.
  • Current certification as a Patient Care Technician (PCT) or willingness to obtain certification within six months of hire.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
