Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Medical Oncology team at Medical City Plano. As a Medical Oncology Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in line with the requirements of the department and the standards of practice for the relevant state and specialty.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with medical providers and the care team to provide personalized, comprehensive, and compassionate care
  • Assess patient condition during admission and each scheduled shift, promptly identifying and reporting any changes in patient status
  • Perform procedures, monitoring, or other functions as ordered by the medical provider(s), and ensure thorough and timely documentation of care administration in the patient's medical record

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must have a Graduate degree in Nursing from an accredited school, with BSN/MSN preferred. You should also possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation

The estimated salary for this position is around $95,000-$110,000 per year, depending on experience. We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
