Key Responsibilities:

  • Under the guidance of a mentor (engineer), you will work on technical, task-based projects such as integration of desktops and servers, default OS installs (linux a plus), Hardware and Software per customer needs.
  • You will have the ability to understand, update and execute build instructions.
  • You will be able to write build instructions to ensure these instructions are technically sound for a production environment.
  • You will work with an engineer and ask questions as needed.
  • You will be able to communicate semi-complex technical points and offer suggestions for ideal path.
  • You will work on repetitive tasks, such as labeling network cables.
  • You will have A+ certified, hardware and software experience, OS installations, and cable labeling.
