Job Overview:

The Activities Supervisor plays a crucial role in managing the Kids' Club and Whitewater Putting staff, ensuring compliance with all resort policies and striving for exceptional guest satisfaction. This position requires a professional demeanor and the ability to oversee staff effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Activities Manager in the smooth operation of the Whitewater Putting, Activities, and Kids' Club programs.
  • Address guest concerns and complaints promptly, collaborating with the Activities/Kids' Club/Whitewater Manager as needed.
  • Maintain familiarity with all resort policies, procedures, and standards.
  • Foster a positive and productive atmosphere, building strong relationships with associates and other departments.
  • Ensure all associates are knowledgeable about the resort's offerings and services.
  • Keep activity areas such as Kids' Club, Activities, Live Oak Lawn, and Paseo Pool clean, organized, and well-stocked.
  • Assist in planning departmental meetings on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
  • Communicate daily responsibilities to associates and provide training for new team members.
  • Monitor supply levels for Activities, Whitewater Putting, and Kids' Club programs, notifying the Manager when supplies are low.

Qualifications:
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Proficient in computer skills, including email, web browsers, and Microsoft Office suite.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in childcare or recreational programs is preferred.
  • CPR and/or childcare certifications are a plus.
  • Must report to work on time in proper uniform, including name tag.
  • Personal appearance must meet the standards of Crescent Services.
  • Knowledge of events and promotions is beneficial.
  • Understanding of cultural differences to meet diverse customer needs.
  • Familiarity with etiquette and protocols for a varied guest population.
