Part-time hourly position starting at $18.50 DOE, inclusive of benefits. The corporate office is based in downtown Albuquerque, with travel to various locations across New Mexico.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain a high standard of positive and professional communication with colleagues and guests.
- Travel frequently to various Heritage Hotels and Resorts locations.
- Set up, operate, and troubleshoot all audio-visual, projection, lighting, and conferencing equipment.
- Oversee the installation of AV equipment in event spaces.
- Ensure all AV equipment is functioning correctly, performing repairs or cleaning as necessary, and reporting any issues to management.
- Organize and secure all loose wires and cables, ensuring compliance with event specifications.
- Assist guests in understanding and utilizing AV equipment, promoting additional AV services as appropriate.
- Disassemble and secure equipment when not in use, adhering to established Audio Visual Standard Operating Procedures.
- Follow all safety and security protocols, reporting any incidents or unsafe conditions to management.
- Adhere to company policies and maintain a professional appearance.
- Protect confidential information and company assets.
- Provide exceptional service to all guests, anticipating their needs and expressing genuine appreciation.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with others, fostering positive working relationships.
- Comply with quality assurance standards.
- Conduct visual inspections of tools and equipment.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.

- A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience or a combination of education and experience; hospitality experience is preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong time management skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to multitask.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Ability to lift and carry 50+ pounds occasionally.
