About the Job:
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Rehabilitation Department Lead to join our team at RehabCare in Keller, Texas. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our rehabilitation department, ensuring that our patients receive high-quality care and support.
About the Role:
- Lead and manage the rehabilitation department staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent patient care and outcomes.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve patient satisfaction, quality of care, and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and services.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Maintain accurate records and reports, including patient charts and departmental performance metrics.
Requirements:
- Graduation from an accredited Bachelors of Science in Nursing, Associate Degree in Nursing, or Nursing Diploma program.
- Current unrestricted state licensure as a Registered Nurse.
- CPR/BCLS certification, ACLS preferred.
- CRRN Certification preferred.
- Minimum of two years of previous nursing leadership experience, preferably in a rehabilitation setting.
