Job Overview
Responsible for executing treasury operations, which encompass the analysis of cash flow, financing, and capital allocation. Manages cash reserves, keeps investment documentation, and generates forecasts for expenses and revenues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and establish daily cash positions to guarantee sufficient liquidity. Conduct daily cash management tasks, including wire transfers, ACH transactions, foreign exchange dealings, intercompany cash transfers, borrowing, investing, and cash pooling activities.
  • Foster relationships with banking institutions, ensuring the upkeep of banking contracts, lines of credit, and non-disclosure agreements.
  • Compile and present documentation such as financial reports and compliance certifications to banking partners.
  • Manage the documentation required for the initiation and closure of bank accounts.
  • Oversee global cash forecasting and update actual figures on a weekly basis.
  • Collaborate with various departments to review cash flow concerning significant payments, distributions, and acquisitions.
Required Qualifications:

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Treasury, or a related discipline.
Professional Experience
  • A minimum of 2 years in a finance-related role.
  • Experience in foreign currency management, cash management practices, and cash flow forecasting within a global context.
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
  • Strong customer relationship management skills.
  • Robust business insight and capacity to analyze financial data.
  • Adept at managing multiple priorities and tasks.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to follow-through and completion.
  • Familiarity with banking terminology, processes, online banking platforms, and financial products.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse range of stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) designation.
  • Experience in a corporate treasury environment.
  • Background in banking operations.
  • Experience in healthcare, manufacturing, or distribution sectors.
  • Familiarity with SAP systems.
