About the Role

We are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead and develop our teams at Pomeroy, a part of Ballyhoo Hospitality. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional guest service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Train and lead a team of hospitality professionals to deliver outstanding service and achieve business objectives.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve sales, customer satisfaction, and employee retention.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
  • Manage cash handling and reconciliation, and make employment and termination decisions in accordance with company guidelines.
  • Lead weekly meetings with the management team to discuss sales, customer feedback, and operational issues.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in the restaurant/hospitality industry, with a proven track record of success in a leadership role.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to interact professionally with guests, staff, and business partners.
  • Fluency in Microsoft Office Suite, with experience in restaurant management software a plus.
