Cross-Channel Customer Engagement Leader

We are seeking a seasoned marketing executive to develop and execute a unified CRM strategy for our entire dental category, driving customer engagement, retention, and revenue growth across Aspen Dental and ClearChoice.

About This Role

This executive position is critical in shaping and executing a CRM vision that optimizes retention and accelerates business growth. You will lead a high-performing team, leveraging data to deliver exceptional customer experiences that drive new patient appointments, treatment plan acceptance, and overall revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive CRM strategy, aligning with business objectives and marketing strategies of both brands.
  • Create and manage CRM strategies that align with brand and marketing strategy, optimizing customer engagement and retention.
  • Design and refine customer journey maps for both brands, ensuring every touchpoint is strategically crafted to maximize customer acquisition, experience, and lifetime value.
  • Develop and execute a rigorous testing agenda to optimize content and channel performance, leveraging iterative testing, data analysis, and continuous learning.
About You

You have a deep understanding of CRM tools, including marketing automation platforms and relational databases like Salesforce, Segment, and Snowflake. With 15+ years of progressive experience in CRM marketing, you have a proven track record of driving customer engagement, retention, and revenue growth.

Salary and Benefits

In this role, you can expect a competitive salary of $240,000 - $340,000 per year, plus a bonus opportunity. You will be part of a dynamic organization committed to delivering high-quality consumer healthcare experiences at scale.
