KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

Customer engagement

Telephone communication

Manage cash register operations and handle cash transactions

Assist customers with inquiries

Support takeout order processing

Facilitate curbside service

Maintain cleanliness in the front-of-house area

Contribute to overall restaurant hygiene

Assist in food preparation, including desserts and beverages

Ensure customer satisfaction

Address customer complaints promptly, courteously, and discreetly

Perform additional tasks as assigned by your immediate supervisor

DRESS CODE

Present yourself in a tidy, professional manner (wear a clean uniform for each shift, maintain well-groomed nails, uphold good personal hygiene, refrain from chewing gum while on duty, etc.)
