- Prepare and cook food in a specific station, adhering to our high standards of quality and presentation
- Clean and maintain prep areas, ensuring a safe and efficient working environment
- Work collaboratively with servers to ensure timely completion of orders
- Assist with stocking and setting up kitchen stations, optimizing workflow and efficiency
- Develop and implement new recipes and menu items, aligning with our Mediterranean theme
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety regulations
Requirements
- At least one year of cooking experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Excellent kitchen administration knowledge and ability to work effectively as part of a team
