Job SummaryWe offer an attractive salary range of $45,000 - $65,000 per year, commensurate with experience, to lead our kitchen operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking food to order, ensuring exceptional quality and presentation. Your expertise will help maintain our reputation for serving delectable dishes that transport our guests on a flavorful journey through the Mediterranean. Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook food in a specific station, adhering to our high standards of quality and presentation
  • Clean and maintain prep areas, ensuring a safe and efficient working environment
  • Work collaboratively with servers to ensure timely completion of orders
  • Assist with stocking and setting up kitchen stations, optimizing workflow and efficiency
  • Develop and implement new recipes and menu items, aligning with our Mediterranean theme
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety regulations

 

Requirements
  • At least one year of cooking experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • Excellent kitchen administration knowledge and ability to work effectively as part of a team
