Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Culinary Expert to join our team at Trapper's Sushi Co. Avondale. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality dishes and contributing to the success of our restaurant.
About the Role:
The ideal candidate will have proven cooking experience, including experience as a line chef, restaurant cook or prep cook. You will be expected to demonstrate excellent understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures. Additionally, you should possess accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks, and be a team player with good communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare food to order per the Master Chef's specifications
- Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff
- Fry cooked rolls to order as directed by Sushi Chefs
- Set up and stocking stations with all necessary supplies
- Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers
Salary:$45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience
