Volt is a leading employer in Hillsboro, OR, seeking highly motivated and skilled Production Assembly Workers to join our team. As a Production Assembly Worker, you will play a critical role in the manufacturing process, ensuring the production of high-quality semiconductor chips.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate machines and equipment to fabricate semiconductor chips
  • Inspect parts and products during the manufacturing process
  • Report any product or parts issues from the production line
  • Perform basic computer operations and data entry
  • Meet and exceed production standards, hitting goals and working safely at every point in the manufacturing process
Requirements:
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Available to work 12-hour rotating shifts (3 days on, 4 days off; 4 days on, 3 days off) and at least one weekend day per week
  • Ability to stand and lift up to 25 pounds repeatedly throughout the 12-hour shift
  • Willingness to wear a mask and cleanroom suit for the entire shift
  • Candidates must meet all pre-screening eligibility requirements
Benefits:
  • Competitive pay from $19.59 to $22.53 per hour, including OT and shift differential
  • 15% shift differential on both graveyard shifts

  • Compressed work schedule with 3 to 4 days per week
