**About the Role**
We are seeking a skilled Production Specialist/Assembler to join our team at Aerotek. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for performing repetitive assembly tasks, maintaining equipment, and adhering to strict safety protocols.
**Key Responsibilities**
• Performs repetitive assembly tasks with high attention to detail
• Performs minor maintenance as required for the preventative maintenance program on relevant fixtures and machinery
• Lifts large parts/tubes as needed
• Manually shapes and assembles components to specified drawings using blueprint reading knowledge and strict adherence to procedure
• Uses proper procedure to move and handle products
• Adheres to all required safety protocols
• Maintains a clean and organized work environment
**Benefits**

• Up to 144 hours of paid time off

**Requirements**

This is a fully on-site position in a quiet production environment. The swing shift is from 2:15pm to 10:45pm, with a shift differential available.
