We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Vehicle Appearance Specialist to join our team at Quantrell Auto Group. As a key member of our service department, you will be responsible for maintaining the appearance and performance of our inventory, ensuring our lots are always neat and orderly, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain Vehicle Appearance: Clean and detail the interior and exterior of vehicles to ensure they are presented in the best possible condition.
- Lot Maintenance: Keep our lots organized and tidy, moving vehicles as directed by our service manager and/or supervisor to meet dealership display standards.
- Vehicle Transportation: Drive vehicles to and from the service lane, service stalls, and parking lot as needed.
- Customer Vehicle Care: Ensure the condition of customer vehicles in our service department is always exceptional.
- Vehicle Retrieval and Delivery: Retrieve and deliver vehicles from property locations as required.
- Additional Duties: Perform other duties as assigned by our management team.
- Flexibility: Ability to work flexible schedules and some weekends.
- Positive Attitude: A positive attitude, can-do mentality, confident, outgoing personality, and eagerness to improve.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Professionalism: Professional attitude and the ability to deliver best-in-class customer service.
- Reliability: Reliable transportation to and from work every single day.
- Driver's License: Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
