  • Manage project costs, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting, to ensure financial performance and profitability.
  • Develop and implement safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for all personnel.
  • Participate in business development activities, including sales support, to identify new business opportunities and grow the company's presence in the market.

Requirements:

  • 5-10 years of experience in commercial construction or 5 years as a foreman.
  • Proven track record of successful project delivery, with a strong focus on quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of construction management principles, including scheduling, budgeting, and quality control.
  • OSHA 10 Hour Certification is required.
  • Computer literacy, including proficiency in MS Office and project management software.
