Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement the Material Planning Process utilizing SAP (ERP) to facilitate real-time and optimal inventory management.
  • Oversee all processes related to order fulfillment, from forecasting to delivery, while monitoring daily key performance indicators (KPIs) for materials management.
  • Coordinate activities essential for maintaining precise inventory levels to support production schedules.
  • Ensure effective inventory planning aligned with order fulfillment objectives.
  • Manage the cycle count standard operating procedures (SOP) across all departments.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying material cost-saving opportunities and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Administer the Returned Material Authorization (RMA) process for the facility.

Qualifications
  • Preferred experience in materials management or production scheduling.
  • Associate degree or a minimum of 5 years of management experience is preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Strong planning, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems, particularly SAP, is preferred.
