Key Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct regular foot patrols throughout the hotel, including interior and exterior areas, to identify and mitigate potential security risks.
  2. Utilize effective verbal communication skills to interact with guests and staff.
  3. Engage in physical activities such as walking, climbing stairs, and bending as part of daily duties.
  4. Maintain order within the hotel environment, addressing guest welfare and resolving any issues that may arise.
  5. Respond promptly to emergency situations, including fires or safety threats, in a calm and effective manner.
  6. Address inappropriate behavior and enforce hotel policies to ensure the safety of guests and staff.
  7. Assist with the transportation of guests and their belongings, ensuring safety and care.
