Job Title: Materials Inspector

At The FootBridge Companies, we are seeking a highly detail-oriented and organized Materials Inspector to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inspect microelectronic piece parts, including die and wafer, caps, bases, lead frames, and other components, to ensure they meet Military and Jedec standards.
  • Use high and low power microscopes to visually inspect and measure components.
  • Follow defined specifications and reaction paths to ensure quality control.
  • Utilize hand tools to manually process delicate products without damaging components.
  • Stock and issue materials for assembly build.
  • Train employees on specifications and processes used in the area.
  • Maintain well-organized and audit-ready work areas.
  • Use computer-based manufacturing systems to move product and enter data.

Requirements:

  • A high school diploma or GED is required.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Ability to communicate verbally.
  • Strong attention to detail.
